Personal computer used to build election client for distribution

The election client software is built and signed on what appears to be an election worker’s personal computer. (Note the PokerStars.ee link on the desktop.) This computer was obviously not subjected to the kinds of rigorous controls that are necessary to ensure election security. An attacker who infected it with malware in advance of the election could spread vote stealing code to every voter’s computer.
